Who We Are

WHO WE ARE

  • EEF-501c, leads a number of sibling Foundations that manage and oversee a growing network of national gap-filing small biz & economic development charities helped its small all volunteer team
  • we serve an ignored market of 501c Startups, Entrepreneurs & Tax-Exempt Small Business concerns, and Single-Person Businesses who face the same inequities as our young 501cs
  • we work from the ground up doing what the Department of Commerce, Labor, Education, HUD, Agriculture do, more importantly we fill-in what they WONT DO
  • we’re managed by and operate alongside our parent, 501c Business Incubator Council, a GSA-like entity that retools & shares its assets, establishes connections, innovates solutions to bypasses blockages, exclusions, imbalances, and other inequities, that dictate our program development, program facilities, solution design & deployment, exempt business entity formation and partnership strategies
  • we assist our parent Incubator secure alignments, connect Awardees, Program Participants, and other Stakeholders to business asset, and assist established 501cs with program development or operation, managing facilities, providing the solution design & deployment and other services when our Incubator parents dance card is full,
  • we co-manage vendor/merchants/OEMs establishing cross-pollinating market channels to meet to the business assets needs of our exempt business stakeholders while training those same Stakeholders on how to do the same,
  • to keep expanding and assure our efforts are consistent and full circle, we toggle with our incubator parent and among our sibling foundations to pursue and execute activities they cannot do, we can as an exempt business our incubator cannot, and our incubator does the same for activities only they can only do as a for profit business that we as an exempt business cannot.

The SBA website says, Exempt Startups and Small Business not eligible for most Federal Programs. Small and Minority Business Development Centers do not make loan, technical assistance or any other service that are available to For-Profit available to the Exempt Entrepreneur, Startup or Small Business with the same needs. They will only offer them a brochure or video. Referrals are either inaccurate or don’t exist, directions to explore resource solutions from State & ironically, other Charities MOST ALWAYS results in being EXCLUDED from those resources because of their exempt status or pursuit.

Exempt Startups and Small Business are barred from or access denied to most all SBA cert programs & belief it or not from pursuing Hub Zone opportunities and most Fed to Grant competitions & technical assistance programs offered by States, nearly every grant competitions help/sponsored/funded by Corporate entities and even among our Peer 501cs who are well-funded consistently follow this practice. But it remains the Federal Government & Small Business Administration excluding a specific segment of “Startups/Small Businesses” that is so persistently unfair.

Exemption is a business classification part of the entity selection process required during the business entity registration process at the State level that must be approved by the IRS. Exempt entities are a segment of the small business market that has never been recognized as a business, or treated equally on par with our For-Profit Sibling. Its bias, discrimination that is unbelieved, obvious and hidden at the same time, unless of course its directed at you.

Its fine to get mad just don’t stay there.

And never settle or beg to be included.

BUILD YOUR OWN INSTEAD.

We did just that!

We’ve tweaked personal endeavors and elevating volunteer supports into charitable orgs & programs so we can share to eliminate gaps and blow passed asset exclusions/denials while teaching others how to do the same.
