HOW WE CONNECT
HOW YOU CAN HELP
What Next? Empowerment, Growth, Self-Sufficiency…
The SBA website says, Exempt Startups and Small Business not eligible for most Federal Programs. Small and Minority Business Development Centers do not have loan, assistance or any other service available to the For-Profit who needs so the Exempt Startup or Business will only be offered a brochure or video. Referrals are inaccurate, directing help seekers to State & Charitable resources that actually EXCLUDE Exempt entities from participating. Exclusions from or access denied to most all SBA cert & Hub Zone opportunities and other Fed to Grant competitions & technical assistance programs offered by States, B2B’s as a whole and even among our Peer 501cs occurs across the board in equal measure. But it remains the Federal Government & Small Business Administration excluding a specific segment of “Startups/Small Businesses.”
Exemption is a business classification part of the entity selection process required during the business entity registration process at the State level that must be approved by the IRS. Exempt entities are a segment of the small business market that has never been recognized as a business, or treated equally on par with our For-Profit Sibling. Its bias, discrimination that is unbelieved, obvious and hidden at the same time, unless of course its directed at you.
So, we got mad and this is the result.
Its fine to get mad just don’t stay there. And never beg to be included.
